Returns and cancellation

Armenian consumer law grants a return/exchange right for goods of proper quality, but the period, its start date, the condition the goods must be in, and who bears return shipping all need confirming against the RA Law on Protection of Consumer Rights. Do NOT reuse the EU's fourteen-day withdrawal wording — it is a different regime and stating it here would be a false promise.]

Printed products are produced to your individual specification and cannot be resold, so they are generally not returnable once production has started.

[TO REVIEW: confirm that personalised/made-to-order goods are excluded from the return right under Armenian law, and whether the Government's list of non-returnable goods covers printed matter. This exclusion is the commercially important one — it must be right.]

If what arrives is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at contact@levelprint.am and we will put it right.

Refunds are returned by the same means you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise with you.
